「FSSAS City（福附社區活動）」是福建中學附屬學校的年度大型體驗式學習活動。學校會將校園改造成「模擬城市」或大型社區，讓學生跳出傳統課堂，化身為創業家、醫生、建築師及專業職業角色，體驗真實社會運作，從中掌握21世紀技能。
角色扮演與創業：學生自行構思及營運各行各業，學習團隊協作、財務管理與解難能力。
社區共融：活動常設體驗環節，邀請幼稚園學生到校參與，由高年級帶領體驗，展現社區關懷與領導力。
